Cache’s Maycee Nunley FFA Spotlight Presented by Oklahoma Ag Credit

Maycee Nunley

Cache High School

When Maycee Nunley of Cache High School was in the 6th grade, she made the decision to join the FFA chapter at Cache. Now a freshman at Cache High School, Nunley is not only an active member in FFA she also plays basketball and softball. Nunley said her sister has been a big influence in her life.

“My sister, Payton, was the main reason why I got involved into the program,” said Nunley. “She has been a big influence on my life. She has been my biggest helper and supporter in both sports and showing. Payton helps me become a better person and athlete every day we are on the field, court, or in the barn. I wouldn’t be half the person I am without her.”

For Nunley there are many things she enjoys about FFA including showing her sheep and the friends she has made since becoming a member.

“I most enjoy the friendships, memories, and responsibilities I learn every day,” said Nunley. “My advice to anyone who would like to join FFA is that it can be very rewarding, helps with leadership, and learn life lessons.”

Nunley said she loves attending events and creating great memories that will last a lifetime.

“My favorite memory so far at CHS is the memories I make every year at our Tulsa and OYE shows.”
