Hollis’ Kreid McQueen – Presented by Harmon Memorial Hospital

VYPE: Kreid, what grade are you in this year and how long have you played baseball?

McQueen: I am a sophomore and I’ve played baseball for 12 years.

VYPE: What do you love most about the game of baseball?

McQueen: What I love is the game is unpredictable. You never know what could happen.

VYPE: Talk about your teammates? What do you love about them?

McQueen: It’s like another family.

VYPE: Do you play any other sports or belong to any other clubs?

McQueen: Yes, I play football, basketball, and track. I am also involved in our FFA chapter at Hollis High School.

VYPE: What are you looking forward to the most coming into the new season?

McQueen: I’m looking forward to further developing as a player.

VYPE: Is there an aspect of your game you have improved coming into the season?

McQueen: I’ve worked on and improved my hitting.

VYPE: What are you plans after you graduate in 2026?

McQueen: I plan to attend Oklahoma State University and pursue a petroleum engineering degree.
 
 VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject in school?

McQueen: My favorite subject is geometry.

VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life, on or off the field. McQueen: The biggest influence in my life is my mother.
