9 Questions with Elk City’s Alex Cupp – Presented by Dragonfly Interior & Designs

Elk City basketball player Alex Cupp gave an interview with VYPE recently.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
Alex: I want to play a big role in the success that our team has this year.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Alex: The most fun I have had is definitely spending quality time with my teammates.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
Alex: My favorite teacher was my English teacher my junior year. Ms. Shelton is an amazing teacher that is very passionate about what she does and cares for her students.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Alex: When I played football we had team dinner and team meetings on Thursdays and it always was a great time.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Alex: The teammate that has left the biggest impression on me is Cole Buie. I play three sports with Cole so I get to see his work ethic and his extreme passion for sports.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on this team?
Alex: My favorite part about being on this team is the bond that I build with my teammates.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go and who do you take with you?
Alex: I would go to the beaches in Florida my friends and family.

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you could spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
Alex: I would buy my mom and dad something nice for everything they do for me.

VYPE: What Clubs or Campus groups are you involved with and why?

Alex: I am in First Christian Athletes (FCA)
