OFFENSE

The Cyclones are used to making appearances in the playoffs, but they enter this season hoping to make a deep run. Ninth-year head coach Joe Garrison has experience coming back to his squad and they are ready to hit the field. “We have six offensive starters coming back and five on the defensive side.” They will run a pro-style offense and just try to pick up four yards at a time. On the defensive side of the ball, the Cyclones will run a 3-5 defense. They will work to keep big plays to a minimum and strike fast. Assistant coaches this season will be Kevin Kopp and Chris Martin.
