Duncan will have a similar look in 2023 to what it had last season when the Demons went 25-12 and made an appearance in the Class 5A State Tournament under head coach Jimmy Miller. “We have a great group of young players that are returning from a trip to the state tournament last year. This team has a lot of promise and potential.

Exciting possibilities for this year’s team,” Miller said. Catcher Gracie Goble is Duncan’s lone senior on the roster in 2023. Juniors who will play roles are centerfielder/shortstop Tina Alvarez, utility player Lexxus McReynolds, second baseman Aubrie Davis, third baseman Hannah Woods, and utility player Kailee Benton. Sophomores include outfielder Eva Hocker, first baseman/outfielder Chesney Akers, first baseman/outfielder Karley Alvarez, pitcher/shortstop Finley Davis, pitcher first baseman Mikena Wilson and utility player Zoe Powell. Freshmen are utility player Peyton Waggoner, outfielder Mallory Taylor, catcher Rae Crow, middle infielder Hallie Robinson, pitcher/third baseman Hannah Huff and catcher/utility player Madi Vonfeldt.
