Athlete Spotlight – Brooke Richardson – Presented by Mosley Insurance Agency & Century 21

Chickasha athlete Brooke Richardson spoke with VYPE in a recent interview.

VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
Brooke: My goals this year is to be able to hit at least 5 balls over the fence and make the all state team for senior year.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Brooke: The most fun I’ve had in the last year is probably when we went to perry and I got to stay in a room with my best friends.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
Brooke: My favorite teacher was Coach Peshel from my sophomore year, he would always make the class laugh and we would always do fun assignments, he would always make sure every kid was doing ok each day.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Brooke:My favorite athletic memory was when we were playing Anadarko at home and I caught a hard line drive at 3rd right down the baseline.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Brooke: The teammate that has the biggest impression on me is Bayle Bingham, she always has my back and she’s always there to pick me up when I’m down.

VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
Brooke: My favorite part of being on this team is all of the amazing teammates I have and Coach Workman.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?
Brooke: If I had to pick any summer vacation I’d take Bayle, Brooklyn, Maci, Aubrey, and Kloey and we would go to Bora Bora.

VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
Brooke: If I had 500 dollars I would give it to my family especially my mom because she does so many things for me.
