Head coach – Reagan Roof
2021: 4-6

However, Roof believes the talent of his young guys and his experienced seniors will allow Weatherford to be competitive in Class 4A. Offensively, five players return to the Eagles. Weatherford will use multiple spread formations to give different looks to opposing defenses and create favorable matchups. VYPE Top 100 quarterback Reece Villines (6-0, 165, Sr.) is back under center for the Eagles. He threw for over 1,200 yards last season and had 11 touchdowns to just three interceptions as a junior. Wide receiver C.J. Nickson (6-4, 210, So.) is a big target that will look to improve off his soldi freshman campaign when he caught 24 passes for 354 yards and five touchdowns. Carter Teasley (5-11, 205, Jr.) is another target for Villines from the tight end position.
