Softball Players to Watch

Katie Edelen – Arapaho Butler

Katie is an all-around athlete that is dominant in softball. Katie is a hard worker and a great leader.

Taylor Beutler and Kylee Smith – Canute

Both Beutler and Smith are solid players that have started since their freshman year. They are going to be key players for Canute this season.

Sydney Batchelor – Cheyenne-Reydon

Batchelor is not only a great ball player, but also a great leader and teammate. She can play anywhere on the field, catcher, pitcher and anywhere in the infield or outfield.

Danni Sottile – Elk City

Danni is a leader in the circle and a solid bat at the plate. She has committed to play softball at Northeastern State University.

Addison Walker – Hammon

Last season, she led the team in batting average, hits, runs, on base percentage, RBI, doubles, triples, and stolen bases. Bats lead off and plays shortstop.

Rees Berkey – Hydro-Eakley

Rees is a great competitor. She is a hard worker and strives to be successful at everything she does.

Bailey Seymour – Sayre

She has a great attitude and work ethic. She puts in a lot of extra time and it shows.

Volleyball Players to Watch

Emma Dowdell – Clinton

Emma is a strong player and a team leader. She pushes herself and her team to the best of their ability.

Brooklen Roberts – Corn Bible

Brooklen is a senior and has been a setter for four years. During the 2020 season she earned 141 kills, 250 assists, 181 digs, and 43 aces.

Kylie McIntyre – Erick

McIntyre is a great server and a great setter.

Football Unsung Heroes 

Brandon Day – Canton

Brandon always puts in extra time in the weight room. He will be stepping into the running back and linebacker positions this season.

Cale McCoy – Cordell

McCoy is a hard worker that rarely complains. He just shows up and does what needs to be done.

Kellen Lamar – Merritt

Lamar works hard all the time. He is a solid player and teammate.

Landen Hooper – Mt. View-Gotebo

Plays all over the field and never complains. Wants to do whatever it takes to win.

Noel Fernandez – Sayre

An outstanding young man all around, Noel is a tough player on defense.

A great kid, Merrick works hard and is a great teammate.
