Bryson Brooksher’s Favorite Memory as a Duncan Multi-Sport Athlete and More – Presented by First Bank & Trust Co.

VYPE: How did your season turn out and what were your goals?

Bryson: Our season has gone a little unexpected. We’ve had to battle our way every game and we’ve really come along as a team and a family and we are getting back to the way Duncan football is played and getting back to the winning tradition and our goal is to get back to the playoffs.

VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?

Bryson: The most fun I’ve had in the year is going out with my best friends and playing all the sports I love but if one memory has to stick out it would have to be winning state in baseball.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Bryson: My favorite teacher would have to be Mrs Garcia. She always walked in the class with a smile and always taught us right and made sure we had fun in the classroom.

VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?

Bryson: My favorite athletic memory would easily be winning the state championship with the baseball team last year.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Bryson: The teammate that left the biggest impression on me was my brother because he taught me how to fight through the struggle and never take anything for granted.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?

Bryson: My favorite part about being on a team is the bond you get from people you never knew you’d get so close with and just having that forever.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Bryson: If I had to pick some place for vacation I’d pick Florida and I’d take my best friends aka the nighthawks.

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sports?

Bryson: I first got into sports because of my dad. He always took me to sports to try it out and watch and he’s just been a big part of my journey.

VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.

Bryson: I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me throughout my journey especially God, my family, and my friends.
