Lawton Eisenhower’s Ali’lfa’Atui (Tui) Faoa-Danielson – “Talk of the Tailgate” presented by Taco Bueno

Eisenhower High School senior Ali’lfa’Atui Faoa-Danielson or “Tui” as his friends call him, is a big part of the overall success the Eagles football program has enjoyed over the last few seasons. Tui and the Eagles are a tough out for anyone and their bond as teammates is a strong one.

“I started playing football when I was 10 years old,” said Tui. “I love how my team pushes each other and we never give up. The best part about being part of this team is winning.”

Tui said playing for the Eagles is special for him because it provides an opportunity for Tui to show the world what he is capable of doing on the football field.

Head coach Javon Harris said of Tui, “Tui is a great character student-athlete that has played multiple positions and looks to lead the Ike Eagles at the quarterback position this upcoming season. He has shown great signs of leadership and has gained the respect from his teammates.”

For Tui, Eisenhower is the only place for him.

“Ike has great leadership and there is a lot of great people here to look up to,” said Tui. After his playing days at Ike come to end, Tui plans to attend college and continue his playing career at the next level. The QB said he will miss being on the field with his brothers from Ike and will remember the post-game celebrations forever.
