Softball coach Emily Poplin says: “Friend Middle School has a whole new coaching staff for this school year. We are a young team and seven have never played school ball before. Four of those seven had never even picked up a softball before July of this year. We are improving every single game. We have a young pitching staff that is showing a lot of potential. Coach Miller and myself are very pleased with the effort from these girls and we are excited to see what the future holds for Friend Softball.”
